One 5Rhythms® Wave — from Flowing to Stillness — with live facilitation. This mindful movement practice was created by Gabrielle Roth and is accessible regardless of age, experience or physical ability.
What happens
- The open evening offers an introduction to the practice and a chance to experience one complete Wave. There are no steps to repeat, choreography to learn or way to get it wrong.
- Participants can move alone, with another person or as a group. Natural movement becomes dance, and dance becomes art; art is described as a path to deeper feeling and the possibility of bringing more of oneself into the world.
- The practice calls for a body that breathes, a heart that beats and a curious mind. Gabrielle Roth’s quote: “Leave nothing behind”.
Who it suits
