Terms of use
What Gnezdo is, who runs it, what we promise and what we do not.
Updated 1 October 2026
Who runs the service
Gnezdo — the website gnezdo.app and the Gnezdo Telegram bot — is provided by Individual Entrepreneur Dmitry Bayko, Georgia: identification number 345741085, registered on 21 March 2024, address — 38 Tbel Abuseridze Street, apartment 63, Batumi, Georgia. Below, “we”.
These terms are an agreement between you and us. By using the website or the bot you accept it. How we handle data is on the Privacy page.
Contact: [email protected].
What this is
Gnezdo is a free listings service — a website and a Telegram bot that gather announcements of practices, retreats, hikes and other events from organizers’ public pages.
We do not run these events, sell tickets or take payments. You agree the terms of taking part with the organizer directly.
The core of Gnezdo is free. Some bot features — adding an organizer account that is not in the catalogue yet, for example — are on an extended plan. We do not take payments at the moment: the extended plan is switched on by hand, on request.
Accuracy
Announcements are read automatically and can be wrong: the time, the place, the price, a cancellation. Check the details with the organizer before you go — every event page has «Message the organizer».
If you spot a mistake, write to [email protected] with a link to the event and we will fix it.
Your account
An account is only there to keep your saved events and the organizers you follow, and to send reminders. Keep your password to yourself.
You can delete the account at any time on the Account page, together with your saved events.
The Telegram bot
Pressing «Get started» in the bot creates a Gnezdo account, on the same terms as on the website.
The bot sends new events from the organizers you follow, the week ahead every Monday, reminders about saved events, replies from support and messages about your account. There is no third-party advertising in the bot.
You can change the hours for notifications in the bot settings, take an organizer out of the weekly digest or unfollow them. To stop the messages altogether, stop the bot from the chat menu. To delete your account as well, open «Account» on the website; the /privacy command in the bot explains how.
On the extended plan you can send the bot a link to an organizer account that is not in the catalogue yet. Send only public accounts that announce events. We may decline to add an account, or remove it, if it is not about events or breaks these terms, and we may add such an organizer to the public listings.
For organizers
If your events are on Gnezdo you can claim the profile to correct it, add missing events and see how many people open them. We check that the profile is really yours first.
If you would rather not be listed, write to [email protected] and we will remove your announcements. No reason needed.
What is not allowed
Posing as an organizer you are not, scraping the site in bulk, and using the service to send advertising or to harm other people.
Liability
The service is free and provided “as is”. We try to keep it available and accurate, but we do not promise it always will be, or without interruptions.
The organizer is responsible for the events themselves — running them, their quality, cancellations and payments. We are responsible for what the service itself does, to the extent the law allows.
Changes
The service is growing and these terms will change. The date of the last change is at the top. If a change affects your data we will tell you in advance.
If the service passes to someone else — a company, for example — we will warn you in advance by email and in the bot. Accounts and data will pass to them on the same terms; if you do not agree, you can delete your account before the change.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. This does not take away the protection the law of your own country gives you. We will first try to settle any dispute by email — [email protected].
