Ma ceramic studio1 upcoming · Pottery & CeramicsOver six classes, you’ll learn the basic techniques of working at a pottery wheel and make several pieces that you can decorate afterwards.
What happens
You’ll learn to centre the clay, open it up and pull up the walls. Then you’ll make a cylinder, a bowl, two types of plates and a bottle, and the instructor will show you how to decorate them.
Who it suits
No experience is needed; complete beginners are welcome.
Who leads it
The classes are led by instructor Varya.
Good to know
The course starts on 20 October. Classes take place twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and last 1.5–2 hours. The groups are small, so the instructor will be able to give everyone individual attention. All materials are included.
