What happens
- Through taste, smell, sensations and the process of making cheese, participants explore the states of Girl, Young Woman, Woman and Old Woman.
- The gathering begins with a welcome buffet of wine and cheeses, followed by a mozzarella-making workshop. Lunch, cheese cooked over a fire and time to chat follow.
Good to know
There are 12 places. Each participant will make mozzarella and take it home.
