This session focuses on pocket money, purchases and family financial rules. With small, manageable amounts, children can learn how to handle money.
What happens
- They will discuss pocket money, purchases, the desire to “have it right now,” saving and early planning skills.
- They will explore real-life situations parents face and questions that arise when a child begins to learn about the world of money.
- They will talk about how making their own decisions helps children learn to plan, choose and understand the consequences of spending.
