What happens
- First, repeat a simple single spin without moving your legs or hips until it becomes automatic. Then learn the leg and hip sequence without the cane.
- After that, combine the cane spins with lower-body movements, gradually making the combinations more complex and faster. The video shows an example of how to progress from simple to complex.
