Urban Kiz: Beginner Partner Class

What happens

• Classes combine theory and practice. Participants work with different partners, and the movements gradually come together into a dance.
• Participants learn leading and following, the technique behind basic movements and elements, how to interact with different partners, and how the dance works.

Who it suits

No experience is needed. The group is already underway, but new participants can still join and catch up on the material.

Who leads it

Classes are led by Ekaterina Lavrik. She has developed her own method, with clear guidelines for checking movements independently. Ekaterina is invited to teach at international festivals; she regularly teaches this technique to students at Credo.
