What happens
- Mornings begin with a Kundalini yoga awakening session. Longer, gentle walks through the forest with meditation are also planned.
- Guests are offered home-cooked meals and cabins to stay in.

The retreat is run by the estate’s owners, a married couple and experienced practitioners.
