MoonCeramic4 upcoming · Pottery & CeramicsYou’ll make Christmas ornaments and paint them with colored slips directly onto the unfired clay. The ornaments will be flat, with decoration on one side only.
What happens
First, you’ll make the ornaments, then paint them with colored slips. A wide range of colors is available for decorating the unfired clay.
Who it suits
The workshop is for adults and parent-and-child pairs; children must be 5–6 years old or older.
Good to know
- The price includes materials, stamps, molds, paints, and tools. The studio’s ceramics instructor will glaze the ornaments; you can choose three glaze colors for each set.
- The class lasts 2.5–3 hours. You can collect the finished ornaments 18–20 working days after the workshop and firings.
