You fall asleep to the sound of twelve gongs, while three gong masters sustain an uninterrupted soundscape throughout the night.
What happens
- Introductions and settling in: guests gather, set an intention, practise breathing meditation and enter the practice through Sound Healing, accompanied by the sounds of a frame drum, singing bowls and other instruments.
- Gong night: five hours of sound. You rest or sleep while three gong masters sustain an uninterrupted soundscape.
- An hour of silence is set aside to integrate the experience.
- A gentle awakening unfolds through Sound Healing, with a gradual return to the morning.
- After the practice, you can have an optional buffet breakfast, spend time together, share your impressions and bring the gathering to a close.

More from the organizer
- This is an original Sangeeta programme that proposes clearing the subconscious, inner reprogramming and a reset on the physical, energetic and psycho-emotional levels. The practice is also intended as an opportunity to slow down, release built-up tension and devote the night to yourself.
- The event takes place on Saturday and Sunday.
