Gongs, singing and crystal bowls, a harp and other instruments accompany an hour-long meditation. Before it begins, you’ll tune in to your body and your centre; afterwards, you can share your insights and have some tea.
What happens

Who leads it
The session is led by Anna and Sergey Sinatorov, sound therapists with 10 years of experience and gong masters. They founded the SoundHealing.BY Centre and the TekaDum School of Ethnic Drumming.
