Who leads it

The meeting is led by Zhenya, a doula in Tbilisi. She helps women prepare for childbirth, better understand their options, and feel more confident about the experience ahead.

Good to know

• The meeting lasts 2.5 hours. Afterwards, each participant will receive a handout with questions to discuss with their doctor before giving birth.
• Places are limited so that each participant has the opportunity to ask questions and take part in the discussion.
