What happens
- You’ll learn to use these forms in your dancing and integrate your new experience into the flow of movement.
- The work follows the principles of anatomy: you’ll engage connections throughout your body, find support, develop coordination, try new things and learn to move from within your body.
Good to know
The course consists of four classes, each lasting one and a half hours.
