What happens
- Body-energy practices are designed to help you reconnect with your true self.
- In the “Voice of Earth and Sky” session, you’ll make music together on ethnic instruments. Then a sound meditation awaits you in hammocks, accompanied by gentle, motherly soothing.
What to bring
Bring comfortable, breathable clothes for movement and relaxation in the hammocks. You can wear a dress and add details that make you feel especially beautiful.
Good to know
You’ll leave with a taste of accepting yourself as you are, a sense of wholeness and the beauty of your own garden, and the warmth of a woman’s shoulder.
