What happens
- You will play the Vedic game Leela, practise yoga nidra and deep meditation, and work with the chakras.
- At the lectures, you will learn about Ayurveda, and at the workshop, about energy massage.
- On the excursions, you will visit Gokarna, the ancient city of Shiva, and Udupi, the abode of Krishna.
- One of the days is set aside for mauna, a day of silence. The program also includes time with local Brahmins and a blessing for important events in your life.
Good to know
Accommodation is at a yoga camp, and meals are vegetarian.
