Bao Cha — Chinese tea in Tbilisi5 upcoming · Tea & Cacao ceremony · Meditation · Yoga · Sound healingThe evening’s main experiment is shu pu’er with gaba, brewed with cherry juice. You’ll taste how the tea’s woody base pairs with gaba’s mellow character and cherry tartness.
What happens
- First, you’ll try Qiao Mu sheng pu’er: rich, with a slight astringency and a sweet aftertaste.
- Next, gaba tea will be brewed over a fire, and you’ll get to taste the result.
- To finish, aged 2020-harvest Shou Mei Gao Shan white tea from Fuding will be served, with a mellow, rounded flavor and delicate sweetness.
- There will be hot bowls of tea and conversation by the fire.
Good to know
Participants receive a 5% discount on the entire range on the day of the event.
