In Sri Lanka, you’ll practise qigong at sunrise and repeat the forms you’ve learned by the ocean at sunset. Between practices, you’ll take trips along the southern coast and head inland.
What happens
- You’ll practise qigong and travel around the island with the group.
- You’ll explore the southern coast, visit various beaches and see other locations.
- You’ll spend several evenings in Galle Fort, where you’ll find shops, cafés and restaurants, as well as views at sunrise and sunset.
- You’ll take a boat ride through the river backwaters and see authentic villages. You’ll be able to explore other nearby places and return to the villa by evening.
- On the trip inland, you’ll see mountains and ancient temples and watch the sunrises and sunsets.
Good to know
- The group is for six people; three places are still available.
- The trip lasts two weeks, including flights. Flight options can be discussed separately.
- Breakfast will be served on the villa’s veranda. Groceries and fruit are bought independently; the fruit mentioned includes mangoes, papayas, pineapples and bananas.
- A car with a driver is available for the entire trip.
- During the trip inland, the group will stay at a hotel for a couple of days. Your belongings will remain at the villa, so you’ll travel light.
- The villa has a veranda and a space for qigong practice.
- If there is more interest, two trips may be offered in February and March 2027.
