Bathhouse SPA: Salt

A hands-on workshop on using salt in bathhouse SPA programs. The program covers how salt affects the skin and sensory receptors, traditional approaches, contraindications and alternatives, inhalations, making salt scrubs and blends with fresh herbs, rolling treatments, pours, SPA etiquette and safety. For beginners and experienced bathhouse masters, SPA specialists, and anyone creating a bathhouse for themselves and their family. A light breakfast and a wood-fired oven lunch are included. Participants will receive recipes, a list of contraindications and alternatives, and ritual outlines. Participants travel in their own vehicles.
