Natalia and Artem Abakumov will talk with participants about desires, choices, and what really matters. The program includes hatha yoga practices and relaxation through yoga nidra accompanied by live hang music. The retreat also includes three balanced meals a day and two group tea ceremonies with Japanese sweets.
