Movement Garden3 upcoming · Yoga · Breathwork · Ecstatic danceCandlelit dancing brings live rhythms together with awareness of the body: you can notice its weight and warmth, your breathing and how you respond to the music. Samhain marks the turning point into the dark half of the year.
What happens
- The evening begins with a warm-up, an opening circle and a cacao ceremony.
- Then you can dance freely to an ecstatic dance set and live rhythms.
- After the dancing, there will be a sound healing session with the Earth gong, singing bowls and flute.
- The evening closes with a closing circle and tea, which you can skip.
Who leads it
Andrey Zamyshlyaev leads the evening and plays an ecstatic dance set and didgeridoo. Tanya Berezovskaya plays live drums.

You can move at your own pace; there will be no judgments, talking or stimulants on the dance floor. The dance invites you to find grounding beneath your feet and a movement you want to keep going.
