What happens
- The first tea will be Darjeeling Diamond (AA), a high-grade Indian tea from Goomtea gardens, harvested in spring 2026.
- Next will be Qi Lan “Wonderful Orchid” (AA), a Wuyi oolong with a floral aroma.
- The evening will conclude with Da Hong Pao “Big Red Robe” (AAA), a top-grade Wuyi oolong with a deep, warming flavour and mineral and chocolate notes.
