Friends, great news—we’ve got some Guangdong oolongs from the Phoenix Mountains. These are the famous dancongs, with each bush growing on its own and producing leaves with a unique aroma. Here’s what we’ll brew on Wednesday: Feng Huang Dan Cong, Ya Shi Xiang Dan Cong, Mi Tao Xiang Dan Cong. Three varieties, three distinct characters.
